PRIVATE SELLERS:
Advertising your house with us is easy – and costs only £50 until its sold!

What we need:

Just send us a page of text – detailing your property – the sizes of rooms, land, habitable space etc, any info about the locality and upto 100 photos.
At this point we only accept and promote properties in Normandy (all 5 departments) as this is where are keywords for search engines are aimed. Adding houses from other regions will not benefit you.

Give us as much info as you can so we know which category to add your property into (see the list of categories on the right hand side of this page – choose all that apply).
If there is any additional category you think would apply which we have not listed – please add it to your info and we shall add this for you.

You may advertise your own contact info – or use our email address and we shall forward on any potential buyers info to you. If you have your own website promoting your property – you can add a link to that as well. If you don’t have a site, but would like one, we can provide a sales site for £250.00 – including hosting for up to 2 years. Contact us for more info.

What does it cost:

Once we receive your instructions, we shall send you a PayPal request for £50 (PayPal account not required if you have a credit card), and upon receipt of funds, shall create your page advertisement for you to approve before we make live. We may change some of your wording to take into consideration search engine keywords – to ensure your advertisement can be found on google etc when people are looking for the kind of property you have.

What will we do:

Your property will be listed under all the categories that you choose. It will feature on our home page as a featured property for a minimum of 3 months.

We shall provide a full page advert with all your text and pictures – and a map image showing rough locality (unless you want us to be specific to your property).

We shall submit your page to all the major search engines each day as part of our own submission system, and link to your page from other sites we produce to increase the exposure for internet visitors to find you.
