Our experienced (20 years +) computer and web development companies joined forces to launch Normandy based French websites in summer 2008.
Frustrated at the difficulty of getting all the information we wanted when looking to rent a holiday home and buy property, Greg Hughes and Keith Cox have joined forces to promote house sales and lettings throughout Normandy.
Initially we will be featuring farmhouse sales with the emphasis on more information, more pictures and more video, providing the information we would like to see. We are not trying to compete with current providers and definitely not trying to be an estate agent/immobilier. Rather working with existing sales channels and adding extras to provide a more comprehensive listing for potential purchasers and a conduit to the sellers.
The Internet explosion has led to customers expecting more information and for it to be more accessible.
The critical issue is making sure customers can find the information they want – and we have been optimising for search engine recognition from the ground up to make sure you will be able to find us.
